If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.
If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, elfbarsouthafrica reserves the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, elfbarsouthafrica reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.
